Payment & security

• Dogs 4 us use PayPal for all credit card transactions. The PayPal system uses a 128bit encryption for guaranteed card security.
• If you prefer to pay for your goods by telephone please ring 0161 7365010 between 9.30am & 5pm 7 days a week.
• All customer details are held within our system and used solely by Dogs 4 Us for analytical purposes we never pass any information to any 3rd party without your authorisation.

Shipping & delivery charges

• Dogs 4 Us ltd aim to send all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day.
• Royal Mail will be our first choice carrier for all items up to 2kg.
• Certain products will be sent by courier, notification will be e-mailed at the point of sale.
• If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
• All items are inspected before dispatch to ensure the quality of the product meets our high standards.
• All deliveries must be signed for at the stated delivery address. No claims will be entered into for goods delivered or left at any other location unless by prior arrangement.

For orders from £20.00 up to £49.99 - £4.95
For orders up to £19.99 - £3.95

Scottish Islands, Highlands, N Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly & Wight and overseas please e-mail with the items you wish to purchase along with you full address & postcode and we will get back to you with the correct postage costs.

Damaged in transit/on receipt

• Any parcels received must be checked for damage on receipt. If the item has been sent by a courier the delivery must be refused and stated as ‘damaged – refused’ and returned back to us.
• If an item is found to be damaged on opening please e-mail as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, ‘this must be done within 3 days of receipt’.
• If an item is covered by a manufacturers warranty we will advise you accordingly.

Returns

• Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you have a statutory 7 day cooling off period from the date of receipt of the goods.
• Any cancellation of orders must be done by post or e-mail
• If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please e-mail salesdogs4us@btconnect.com as soon as possible. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, the item must be in re-saleable condition in the original packaging.
• We do however charge a 20% re-stocking charge for non-faulty returns and carriage charges at actual cost.
• Please use the following guide for all returns,
• Please e-mail us with your name, address & date of purchase.
• Inform us of the reason for return.
• Any goods returned incomplete will be charged accordingly or refused.
• If you find your product to be faulty please e-mail us as soon as possible, please note Dogs 4 Us will only refund or exchange genuine manufacturing faults and not against fair wear and tear, misuse, abuse or negligence.
• Package the item to be returned securely, insured and label clearly the postal destination as follows;

Limitation of liability and warranty

• Some of the items offered for sale on the site have been displayed using the pictures and text supplied by suppliers. Whilst every effort is made to verify all information listed mistakes can occur, Dogs 4 Us hold no liability for any errors shown on this site.
• If however, this affects your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange any item affected as detailed in the refunds/returns section of the store policies.
• Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer/supplier, please contact Dogs 4 Us first if you find any defect with any purchase.
• All prices are checked for accuracy however Dogs 4 Us reserve the right to withdraw/cancel any sale should any error be made.

All goods remain the property of Dogs 4 Us ltd until paid for in full. If a cheque or postal order is presented as payment, goods will be sent when all payments are shown as cleared.
